Employment of medical and health services managers is projected to grow 32% through 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. As healthcare workers navigate the global pandemic, skilled leaders with management, innovation, and policy knowledge are needed to advocate for patients. Healthcare regulations and insurance policies continue to become more convoluted, and having the skills to interpret the rules accurately will be crucial. Demand for strategic leaders will increase as hospitals, practices, and clinics grow and become more complex, facing challenges like never before.

Our graduates have positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Process Improvement Specialist, Manager of Business Operations, Supply Chain Analyst, Nurse Case Manager, and Chief Strategy Officer at organizations such as Centura Health, HealthONE, Children’s Hospital Colorado, UC Health, and the Colorado Hospital Association.
