FOUR-COURSE CERTIFICATE

By taking four courses, you’ll earn an undergraduate certificate, deepen your leadership knowledge, and be prepared for the next step in your career. The credits you earn can be applied to your bachelor’s degree! Leadership Assess leadership theories, develop a personal understanding of leadership, and explore the relations of leaders and followers while considering your own leadership potential. OR Frontline Manager Leadership Essentials The course delivers foundational leadership and management skills necessary to succeed in a first-time management position and incorporates extensive one-on-one learner coaching. Leading Groups and Teams Develop leadership strategies that help create diverse groups and teams to accomplish organizational goals. Cross-Cultural Leadership Examine the leadership dynamics of culture while deepening cultural competencies and your ability to manage a diverse workforce. Organizational Behavior Learn about organizational structures and development, the dynamics of individual behavior within organizations, and how organizations foster and manage change.
