Our marketing department will design custom property brochures that will showcase your properties’ assets and unique features. The use of professional photography (traditional and drone) plus a separate features/amenities page will ensure that potential buyers are educated about all your properties have to offer.
JUST LISTED & JUST SOLD POSTCARDS
Just Listed and Just Sold postcards will be designed and mailed to 250 of your neighbors. The Just Listed postcards will also include an invitation to the first open house.
INVITATION FOR PRIVATE VIP PREVIEW
A custom designed invitation will be sent to the top 200 local agents who work in the luxury market. This private VIP preview is hosted in your home prior to going on the MLS and is staffed by your listing agent who will guide guests through the homes, and highlight their unique features and amenities.

NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING
Print ads in local and regional newspapers are targeted to potential luxury buyers. Custom designed by our in-house marketing/creative department, each ad presents your home at its absolute best in a format that’s unique to each publication. When time permits, due to 2 to 3-month lead times, targeted ads may be placed in local real estate and lifestyle magazines. EBLASTS
eBlasts that feature your home and advertise the dates of the brokers tour and open houses will be sent out to 160 Dudum agents plus the entire CCAR membership, which is made up of 4,000+ brokers and agents.
MLS + SYNDICATION
Your home, including photos, virtual tour, and property description, will be posted to the local MLS. The listing is then syndicated via an IDX feed to 25,000+ consumer and broker websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and more.
