MEET STACY KELLER Stacy Keller’s roots in real estate extend back three generations with her grandfather, parents, and both brothers all involved in the profession. Having a 29 year career representing clients in the Bay Area, she has experienced the evolution of real estate and endured the dynamic markets of the industry. Stacy offers unparalleled access to information and opportunities for discerning buyers and sellers in Walnut Creek and beyond. Stacy graduated from SFSU in 1989 and obtained her real estate license that same year; returning to the Napa Valley where she joined her family’s real estate practice, she eventually relocated to Palo Alto to join a boutique real estate firm. It was soon evident, however, that Stacy’s interests transcended the general residential market and so she created her own specialized practice focusing on the elite real estate opportunities specific to the Hillsborough Luxury Estates market to represent buyers and sellers of the Peninsula’s most prized properties.
Over the years Stacy continues to expand her knowledge and continuously remains educated in her field. Most recently she received her Senior Real Estate Specialist SRES® designation in order to serve the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers in their advanced years. NEGOTIATE OFFERS/ACCEPTANCE
FACILITATE AN ESCROW

• Provide final HUD and final closing flash drive keychain with all supporting home sale documents for seller’s file and tax purposes • Possibly help you find your next home or direct you to out-of-area agents, or assist you with possible relocation services, if needed • Work with seller to ensure the transition to new residence is smooth • Provide a list of trade professionals and resources who can help with repairs or upgrades needed on your new home • Serve as a community resource and great REALTOR® to your f riends and family for all of their real estate needs • Check in periodically • Add client to gift and mailing campaign • Invite to client parties such as Shredfest, Sundae Sunday, Client Appreciation, and Santa Party • Follow up with market updates!
