THIS IS ME I am definitely a Realtor who takes her time with her clients to make sure all their questions are answered, and all their needs are met. I bring a cumulative total of 14 years of experience in this industry from both the lending and the sale side. Previously a mortgage lender, my knowledge of lending practices and of qualifying buyers for mortgage loans gives my clients an added bonus of knowledge and experience. I have a great love of houses and architecture and have remodeled several homes. I also have extensive knowledge of design, reconstruction, and textures, along with city and building codes. When it comes to assisting my clients in buying or selling their home, my first priority is making a strong connection, educating & guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their life, and giving them a positive home buying/selling experience they can’t wait to share with others.


I am Argentinian & Italian and speak fluent Spanish. Because of my cultural upbringing I truly enjoy helping people of all cultures through the home buying & selling process and have endless patience, understanding and respect for their customs and culture. I received my Bachelor’s degree in English with emphasis in American Literature from Cal State Hayward, located in the Bay Area, where I grew up. Prior to entering the Mortgage Lending & Real Estate Industry I was a high school business teacher in Belmont CA for six years. My love of kids drew me to start my own custom apparel company GUTSEE INK, which advocates to empower kids and teens. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends; reading, meditating, going to the movies, boogie boarding on the beaches of San Diego, bike riding, outside dining, lattes, concerts, traveling to new places, & living a healthy lifestyle, . I am a lover of books and try to read 12 books a year. I only read non fiction, mainly biographies, self development & how to create and sustain a successful business.. My father taught me the key to life was making sure to belly-laugh at least once every day. My mother taught me to always have faith, always be grateful and to continue moving forward, no matter what life throws at me. I absolutely live by both these mantras.

For My Buyers 1. Let's get you prequalified for a home loan. Do you already have a lender? Great! If not, I have 2 g reat lenders I refer all my clients and family to.

2. After discussing your wish list of wants & needs for your new home, I set up on an automatic alert that sends you new listings, that fit your criteria, the minute they hit the market. 3 Let's go look at some houses! I set up appointments around your convenience, to view the homes you are interested in. 4. When you find a home you are ready to make an offer on, I do my research, I ask a lot of questions, I research the home's value, and I make sure inspections are done diligently and then review all inspection reports upon completion, for any red flags.

5. I am a savvy negotiator and will always try for a win-win for both my buyer & seller.

6. My Transaction Coordinator works diligently, on your behalf, to ensure all documentation, deadlines, signatures, and proper real estate practices are being met. In addition, should a legal matter arise, my in-house legal team provides an immediate response & resolution. 7.
