An unpasteurised ewe’s milk cheese from White Lake Cheese in Somerset. It won the accolade of Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 2017. Dusted in a faint coating of ash, it has a melt in the mouth mousse-like texture.

Isle of Mull Cheddar

This fabulously tasty, well rounded Scottish cheddar is made on the Isle of Mull by the Reade family. It is naturally produced using animal rennet and unpasteurised milk from a mixed herd of Friesians, Ayrshire, Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. There is some variation throughout the year depending on the seasons but this adds to the interest.
