SUMMER READING 2023 KICK-OFF!

Books and Baseball with the Duluth Huskies

Saturday, June 3 • 10:00-11:30 am

Join us on the field of dreams to kick-off Summer Reading with the Duluth Huskies! You will get the chance to hang out on the field with the team and meet the mascots, Harley Huskie and Library Lynx. Get autographs, win prizes, and listen in for storytime with the players! All Youth through Grade 12 who sign up for the Summer Reading Program that day will receive a ticket to the Huskies game on Sunday, July 16 and a copy of Batter Up by Kurtis Scaletta while supplies last.

Depending on the event, you will have the chance to sign up for a library card, check books out, or pick out a free kids’ book from the little free library cart.
