Dear Parents and Guardians,
Parent ID Card
Parents and all adults whom you authorise to pick up your children must be in possession of a valid Dulwich ID Card.
Please fill out the attached Parent ID Application Form, and email it to us at school@dulwich-seoul.kr together with a photo in electronic form for each person for whom a card is being applied. Please note that any individuals (e.g. parents, grandparents, nannies, helpers, drivers etc.) designated to pick up a child from school MUST carry the ID card at all times.
We will issue 3 free cards per family and charge KRW 30,000 for each additional card (up to maximum of 3 cards are allowed)
Should you or your helper/driver no longer require the card or when student withdraw from the school, please return the ID Card to the school due to safety matters.
We will NOT release any children for pick-up without a strict verification of identification. You MUST email or write to us if a non-designated adult is picking up your child on any particular day.

If there are any problems with your form or attached photograph(s), we will contact you at this email address. This information will NOT be used to update school records. Please inform the school if your details have changed.
• By submitting this form and receiving your ID Card you agree to follow all rules and instructions given to you by school staff or security guards whilst on campus.
• You also agree that your ID Card is your responsibility and should not be passed to any other individual. Should you or your helper/driver no longer require the Card, please return it to the reception desk.
• Please return this form to school@dulwich-seoul.kr within 5 days to ensure that cards are available for the start of term.
