If DuMouchelles receives written bids on a particular lot for identical amounts, and at the auction these are the highest bids on the lot, it will be sold to the person whose written bid was received and accepted first. Lots are bought for absentee bidders at the lowest possible price (which may be below the written bid price) subject to other bids or reserves. Phone Bids and Online Bids. Estimates do not include the buyer’s premium, any applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges. Reserves. Unless otherwise indicated, each lot is offered subject to a confidential reserve.
