DkIT welcome new students’ union body

Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) are delighted to welcome the new Students union Team for the academic year 2023/2024. The office this year will be led by elected President Eoin Clarke from Ballyhaise, Co Cavan. Eoin has just completed his Degree in Accounting and Finance in DkIT and is eager to action his tight manifesto which include the four main points, to progress student experience, improve communication, advance student representation and to support the Institute to achieve university status.

Eoin will be capably accompanied by Holly Lambe Sally who will fill the role as VicePresident for Welfare and Equality. Holly is a Dundalk native and has also just completed her Degree in the Institute in Health and Physical Activity. Holly’s key focuses this year will be to address matters of diversity and Inclusion, support student’s financial issues, support mental and sexual health and further evolve the events and campaigns the union offers its students.

Last, but not least is Mark Lee, also from Dundalk. Mark is the veteran of the team as this is his second term in office. This year he has been elected as Vice President for Student Engagement, last year Mark held the position of Student Welfare and Equality officer. Mark who is
