BLENDING ACROSS BORDERS IN SEARCH OF A BETTER BLEND

Having fallen in love with Whisky whilst working within Scotland’s bar scene of the early 2000’s, our appreciation of the category was always broader than Scotch.

As bartenders, we were exposed to a myriad of different flavours and styles of whisky. This gave us a solid understanding of how different taste profiles worked in the creation of particular drinks.

Woven launched with the aim of making human scale whiskies that celebrate the art of whisky blending and all that it can be.

Our flavour first approach draws inspiration from right around the world of whisky and sees us reinstating forgotten techniques, and creating a few new ones too.

And whilst our home is a tiny blending studio in Leith, our mission is global. We wanted to create a whisky that was versatile in application, unlimited in nature and universal in appeal.

SUPERBLEND is a world blended whisky of multiple origins. Free from the geographical constraints that normally define whisky, it is truly versatile in its ability to work in all manner of drinks.
