115ml of EAGER pineapple juice
Shot of lime juice
Ice
2 tbsp flaky salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp lime zest
Spice things up with our spicy pineapple margarita
Mix all the spicy salt rim ingredients.
Moisten the rims of two cocktail glasses with a wedge of lime, then rotate each glass in the spicy salt rim mixture.
Fill a jug halfway with ice then add tequila, triple sec, spicy syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice.
Lime juice
Fill each glass with ice and pour the cocktail over. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a red chilli. WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE SPICY SALT RIM
