WATER PRESSURE GUIDE SELECTING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS In order to select a showering system that will give optimum performance you need to identify the water pressure the plumbing system in your home gives you.
WHAT IS WATER PRESSURE? Water pressure is a term used to describe the flow strength of water through a pipe; it is measured in bar.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Whilst the majority of Crosswater products are compatible with most systems some high pressure (HP) products are designed to work with high pressure systems only. Products marked LP (low pressure) and MP (medium pressure) are also suitable for high pressure (HP) systems.
IDENTIFYING YOUR WATER PRESSURE RATING By identifying your home’s plumbing system you can select a product that best suits your water pressure.
WATER SAVING We are all under pressure to save water in order to help the environment and reduce climate change. Part G of the governments’ building regulations now requires all new domestic buildings to meet a maximum water consumption of 125 litres per person each day. You can help to reduce the water consumption of your household by easily inserting a flow regulator into your basin tap or shower hose. This price list supersedes all previous publications with goods being invoiced at prices ruling on date of despatch. Prices are subject to alteration without notice and include VAT.
All Crosswater products, unless otherwise stated carry a 15 year guarantee, which covers all manufacturing defaults.
Delivery
This guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, misuse or inappropriate cleaning, shower hoses or cartridges as these are guaranteed for 1 year. Care should be taken in hard water areas to ensure the cartridge is regularly cleaned.
Orders in excess of £50.00 nett invoice value will not be subject to carriage charge and will be delivered within two working days from receipt of order. Orders below £50.00 will be subject to a fixed charge of £5.00. Any claims for non-delivery, shortage or damaged goods must be reported in writing to the company within two working days from date of delivery. Such claims will not be accepted for deliveries to a third party delivery address.
Returned Goods Goods may only be returned for credit after receiving written agreement from the company. Cancelled orders will be subject to a fixed charge of 25%. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
*All products carry a 15 year guarantee (with the exception of shower hoses and cartridges, which carry a 12 month guarantee).
Product Compatibility Whilst the majority of Crosswater products are compatible, care should be taken on product selection prior to ordering to avoid installation issues.
