ArchipiĂŠlago de las Entradas: An Overview Geography, Culture, and Life
Presentation by, David Brandt
Where is Archipiélago de las Entradas? ● The continent Archipiélago de las Entradas (Archipelago of the Inlets, in English) is relatively small continent that is the only continent to completely be in the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. Due to this, the continent is extremely warm. Also it is at about 60ºE, so it is surrounded by the Indian Ocean.
Snippet of Culture: Language â—? Due to Spanish conquests in the 17th century, most of the continent speaks Spanish and has very Spanish culture. Spanish is the most common language by far with 96 percent of the continent using it as their primary language. However with a small but dense business world in the major cities of the continent, English (the business language of the world) is known by nearly 25 percent of the continent. Other common languages in ArchipiĂŠlago de las Entradas are Italian, Greek, French, and Dutch.
Snippet of Culture: Religion â—? One of the only aspects of culture on this continent that was not influenced by the Spaniards was Religion. The most popular religion is Quinoo. Quinoo is a unique, polytheistic religion in that they do not actually believe that this is why the weather is inconsistent, but that people need to make compromises in order to live. In fact, Quinoos do not believe in their deities as holy figures, but as fictional characters who were created to teach people about society. Much practicing of the religion is associated with the practices of shamanism.

Snippet of Culture: Music/Entertainment ● Music and entertainment in Archipiélago de las Entradas is also heavily influenced by Spain; especially on the musical spectrum. However Most citizens on the continent are enthralled by American cinema and all the Hollywood hits. Another primary source of entertainment is soccer. Though the wealthy premier leagues attract talented players from overseas, the national teams never fares very well in the world cup.

How do the People Feel? â—? ArchipiĂŠlago de las Entradas was rated the third happiest nation on Earth in 2011. With the average income per capita a little over $75,000 and unemployment rates around 1.5 percent, this is not hard to see. Not to mention the temperature never ducks below 25ÂşC.
