Join us to discuss the value of offering a Fall PGA JL program. Continue the momentum you built in the Spring and Summer and carry it into Fall.
The #GameChanger Membership Club allows you to host multiple seasons for a one-time annual fee, meaning players in your summer or spring program won't be charged the $99 again - allowing you to maximize your revenue.
Having a Fall program can help you integrate new students/families who may have joined your facility midyear. Fall programs can help players participate in golf when they may have had spring and summer conflicts. Fall programs are a great way to keep golf on the mind all year long for players, and increase your opportunities to create revenue for you and your facility!
Join us to learn best practices from current Fall coaches!

As golf instructors and players gear up for the competitive season, maintaining peak performance on the course becomes paramount. In-season golf training is specifically designed to help golfers stay in top form, balancing skill refinement with physical conditioning. Unlike off-season training, which often focuses on building strength and correcting weaknesses, in-season training aims to maintain and enhance the fitness levels required for optimal performance during the competitive period.
One of the primary benefits of in-season golf training is injury prevention. The repetitive nature of golf swings and the physical demands of frequent play can lead to overuse injuries if not managed properly. In-season training includes exercises that promote flexibility, stability, mobility, and strength/power, helping golfers maintain proper form and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, incorporating recovery strategies such as stretching and low-impact exercises can alleviate muscle soreness and fatigue, ensuring that players remain fresh and ready for each round.
Another key goal of in-season golf training is to enhance performance consistency. By focusing on specific movement patterns and muscle groups used in golf, players can fine-tune their swings and improve their overall technique. Strength and conditioning exercises tailored for golf can help increase clubhead speed, improve balance, and enhance endurance, all of which contribute to better performance on the course. Moreover, mental conditioning, including focus and concentration exercises, plays a crucial role in maintaining a competitive edge during tournaments.
When creating a golf-specific fitness program, follow this pyramid to maximize your time with exercises during the summer with less time in the gym and more time on the course.
Ps: Stay tuned as we continue this Golf Fitness Series with more specific tips to play your best golf.
The section will exclusively use the FLASH WEATHER AI platform dashboard this season. We have tested its functionality and accuracy for the past two months during the recent lightning storms. The weather this first quarter is different; it has an attitude. Please take a look at this information carefully, click through to check out the video, and request a demo for your facility.
This is a next-level dashboard and notifications system to keep your staff and membership safe and dialed in.
