It is hard to believe that it has been five years since we held our first Donors On Ice sale! The time has flown by and the response has been beyond our wildest dreams.
We would not be here today without the many consignors, buyers and staff
who believed in our sale and in the genetics we have featured over the past five years. We are humbled and grateful for your support.
Now the challenge is to continue to push the envelope and continue to bring
you the very best in cattle genetics! We believe our anniversary sale does just that, with a great line-up to continue our fine tradition.
We hope to see you in Louisville and again, we thank you for support!

Ladies and gentleman, we are proud to offer the most sought after genetics from our operation to date. Miss Lamborgini 5S is unparalleled in terms of consistency in stamping out elite progeny regardless of sex. A 2012 Monopoly heifer acquired by the Goodrum family went on to create quite a stir in Texas being named Calf Champion at San Antonio, Breed Champion in Houston, Reserve Breed Champion at the Star of Texas, and Calf Champion at Belt Buckle. A full brother exhibited by the Tate family of Iowa was named Grand Champion steer at the highly competitive Wright County fair, again at Junior Districts, and again went on to be named Grand Champion Governors Steer at the 2013 Iowa State Fair. Her entire 2013 calf crop, ten in all, were purchased off the farm by Easter Sunday. Included in that group were four head moved by Zach Gray: The 2014 Denver promotional bull “ARMADA by I80, a $32,000 Monopoly heifer, an I80 heifer to the tune of $25,000, a $13,000 Monopoly steer, and five others sold throughout the Midwest pushing the 10K mark. In terms of dollars generated by some margin, Lamborghini has surpassed any female in our program. Not very often does a purebred Simmental female surface that can work in both breeding cattle and club calf situations, but when they do, you better grab ahold. This female is not necessarily new, she is just proven and now that there is a significant bank of embryo’s on her, we are starting to share her success with others. She has averaged $7,750 on live calves over her lifetime and some of her highlights include a $15,000+ Monopoly steer this fall for Dave Sutherly that was recently named Grand Champion Steer in his first show out at the 2013 Cornhusker Classic for the Millenbaugh family of OH. Another daughter by Mercedes Benz sold for $12,000 last year for Gray Show Cattle that was successfully campaigned in IL. Other notable progeny have been a % Simmental female that was Grand Champion at the 2011 Clark Co. Spring Fling for the Tillman and Oakes family and a many time Champion Simmental steer in 2007-2008 for the Culy family including wins at the Hoosier Beef Congress, Heart of it All and Indiana State Simmental Show. The females that trace to Who Made Who and Irish Whiskey in our herd our some of our best producers and I am sure you will hear more of them in the future. Take your pick; you can either make club calves with the Monopoly’s, baldy show heifers with the I-80’s or foundation females with the Hard Whiskey’s. Any choice is sure to be a good one.

She excels in her level lines, body capacity, natural thickness, and muscle shape. She has hit big with many different types and kinds of bulls. Some notable progeny are a milkman at $20,000, and made rights at $17,500, $5,000, and $3,000. The only flush sold on 0575 was sold to Stan Clamme for $7,000. She is a great producer as she averages 14 embryos per flush. Her versatility is a big asset to raise slick shear cattle in the southern market or to raise spring borns in the Northern states.
