Distribute your brochures in high traffic areas around your church. Make sure to have some handy at church events, gatherings, bible study classes, etc.
Place your posters in highly-visible locations throughout your church.
Use your personal pilgrimage website and share it on your church/parish website, newsletters, announcements, etc.
Every marketing kit will be followed by a custom Facebook Post and Cover photo for you to use on your church, parish, or personal page. Remember anything can be customized. If you use another platform to promote such as Instagram, just let us know. If you have a church bulletin or newsletter you’d like to put an ad in, let us know that too! In addition to your printed materials, you will also be given several digital assests to help you spread the word.
We have standard videos about all of our destinations and sites that you can use to promote your pilgrimage.
We can also customize a video with a special message from you!
Nothing works better in spreading the message like a few words from you! We encourage Priests to take at least a few Sunday’s to talk about your pilgrimage from the pulpit either during or after your homily. Talking about how the thought of this incredible spiritual journey makes you feel and really personalizing the message will go a long way. Remember, during this pilgrimage, you will all be worshiping together, celebrating Mass, praying, and experiencing these incredible Holy sites, creating memories to last a lifetime!
Once you’ve got several people registered or interested in going on this pilgrimage, schedule an informational Zoom meeting with one of our team members. They will have an in-depth presentation about your destination, specific sites, what to expect, how to prepare, and answer any questions you and your travelers may have.
