CUTURELA MATEI

The recipe of Merluccius (Merluccius merluccius)

Ingredients: Fish Merluccius, tomatoes, lemon, oil, salt and other spices. Place each fish in a boat made of parchment paper and place tomatoes, salt, oil, lemon and other spices on it. Put in the oven and then serve hot.


ZANFIR CLARA

The recipe Fish fingers of Tuna with French fries Ingredient: - over Tuna - 1 egg - flour - corn - oil - salt, pepper - potatoes Cut pieces of fish the size of fingers. Put a little salt and a little pepper on them. The fish is given through beaten egg and then covered with a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and fried in oil. After that, fry the potatoes and serve hot. Good appetite!


DOBRE IOAN

The recipe of Dorada with patatps Fish, onion, lemon, garlic, parsley, potatoes, peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper and dried thyme. We clean the fish of scales and then of the intestines. We put a sheet of parchment in a tray and grease it with oil. Put the fish on paper and add all the ingredients. Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes. Then we clean some potatoes and cut them into slices. Put the potatoes in another tray with salt, pepper and oil. It all sits on a plate, Bon appetite!


DOGEANU TITUS

The recipe of Fried anchovies with polenta Ingredients: Small fish, flour, corn, oil, salt. Wash the fish well. Cover with flour and cornstarch. Fry in hot oil. After 3-5 minutes, remove and place on a paper towel. The fish are placed on a plate next to a piece of polenta. Good appetite!


CANTERI CALIN

The recipe of Swordfish with green peas puree

Ingredients: frozen mushrooms, fish fillets, frozen peas, butter, salt, pepper, milk, olive oil. Sprinkle the fish with oil, add salt and pepper and fry in oil. Boil mushrooms and peas. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter Put butter over the peas and mix.


GRABOU CRISTIAN

The recipe of Pasta salad with tuna fish

The ingredients are: tuna, corn, olives, fusilli pasta and lemon, which we will smashed in order to obtain the juice. All these ingredients will be mixed in a bowl. After the pasta is boiled, we will mix them with tuna, olives and corn. Now we will put the tuna salad in the tuna on a plate. Enjoy!


GRECU ANDREI

The recipe of gilt-head (sea) bream (Sparus aurata), called Orata Today we will prepare the sea bream in the oven. For our recipe we need: - two fishes - potatoes - Onions - carrot - Lemons - Parsley - olive oil - pepper and salt We put all the ingredients in a bowl that we put in the oven. After 30 minutes it's ready. Welcome to the table!


SANPETRU SARAH

The recipe of the golden grey mullet (Chelon aurata) First of all we are going to have to cut it into smaller pieces. I finished cutting it and now I have to add condiments. I’ll use pepper with lemon, basil and garlic. We’ll mix the corn and the flour and roll the fish in the corn-flour mixture. We will fry it. We’ll drop the pieces one by one. You’ll have to be very careful not to burn yourself. After a few minutes we’re going to turn the fish pieces in the other side. In the end we’ll just have to place the fish and vegetables on the plate, then add some garlic sauce. ENJOY!


HULUBESCU RENE

The recipe of European sprat (Sprattus sprattus) Ingredient: - over - flour - corn - oil - salt pepper The fish is washed well and cleaned. Salt and pepper and pass through a mixture of flour and corn and fry in oil. Good appetite!


PETRESCU LEONARD

The recipe of shrimp and squid We will need the following ingredients: Ingredients: - shrimps - squid - flour - salt - pepper - oil Steps 1. We pour salt and pepper on the shrimps and squid. 2. After that, we roll them through flour. 3. Now we fry them in the hot oil. This is the final result! It looks really delicious! You can try it too!


MELINTE DENNIS

The recipe of Dorada with vegetables Ingredients: - fish, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. - The fish is washed well and cleaned. Salt and pepper. In a bowl pour all the chopped vegetables and place the whole fish over them, cleaned well. Put everything in the oven and then you can serve. Good appetite!


NASTASE TUDOR

The recipe of the spicy shrimp with vegetables Ingredient: - shrimp, peppers, garlic, chili pepper, parsley, oil, salt. We wash the shrimp and place them in a pan with oil along with the other ingredients. After 8-10 minutes, everything is ready. Place the parsley and a little salt at the end. Good appetite!


Pavaluta Sofia

The recipe of pan shrimp with butter For this recipe we will need: - butter - salt and black pepper - shrimps - half a lemon , oil - garlic Now we put the pan on fire. Put the oil in the pan and then wait a couple of minutes. Now, heat the garlic , then put the shrimps in the pan. Then, put the butter that will be seasoned with salt and black pepper. At the end, we put the juice of half a lemon over the shrimps and the recipe will be delicious! Good appetite!


POSTOLEA AMALIA

The recipe of the golden grey mullet (Chelon aurata) Here we have two fish, 1 carrot, 1 zucchino, an onion and some tomatoes, some spices, salt, pepper, a lemon and 3 cloves of garlic which we chopped and put over the fish and vegetables at the end to taste. We will put the fish in the tray, after we finish with the fish we start to put the vegetables, after we have finished putting the vegetables we will put a little pepper after we put marjoram, we will put a little salt over it to taste and not to forget the lemon, then we will put the garlic cloves. At the end we have to put olive oil and a little white wine and I'm done. Now we have to put the fish in the oven, turn on the oven and leave for 30 minutes. Because I finished with the fish and took it out of the oven, I received the result. Good appetite!!


SCARLAT MARIA

The recipe of the fish soup Ingredient: - over carp, pike and crucian, onion, pepper, carrot, celery, parsley root, tomato broth, rice, oil, salt, pepper, parsley leaves. Put water in a pot on the fire. Introduce all the ingredients and let them boil for 30 minutes. At the end, add salt and finely chopped parsley leaves. Enjoy your meal!


ZAHARIA CODRIN

The recipe of the sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) INGREDIENTS a fish, tomato, rice, peas, lemon, oil, salt, pepper. Put the fish in an oven tray. In a saucepan, boil the rice with the peas. Put the fish, rice and boiled peas, tomato and lemon on the plate. Add salt and pepper to taste. Good appetite.


MLADIN ANDREI

The recipe of the fried sturgeon INGREDIENTS Rounds of fish, oil, potatoes, butter and avocado. Fry the fish in oil for a few minutes, on one side and on the other. Boil the potatoes separately to make a puree to which we add a little butter and salt. Serve with fish and half an avocado. Good appetite.


PADURARU GLORIA

The recipe of STARRY STURGEON (Acipenser Stellatus) Starry sturgeon is a migratory species, like the other sturgeons, the Beluga (Huso huso), the Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) and the Danube sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedti). From the Black Sea, Starry sturgeon migrate to the Danube. Starry sturgeon in the oven Ingredients : 5 pieces of fish / salt / pepper / aromatic herbs (basil, thyme, parsley, ginger, etc.) or special spice for fish (to taste) / olive oil Wash and drain the fish well, dabbing it with a kitchen (paper) napkin. Season with salt, pepper, fish seasoning / herbs. Using a brush, grease the seasoned fish pieces well with olive oil. Then cool on the hot grill, on both sides, until it acquires a light golden color. Serve hot with lemon, or‌ according to everyone's taste.
