Objectives
| TI&CD will ensure skill set & competency upgrade of our students. | Empower students to take ownership for educational and career success. | Equip students to enter the international employment arena, recruitment process with aptitude and personality evaluation, assessment and development centres, competency-based performance and Career Development processes. | Enhance EDHEC student placement in internships, placements, graduate schemes positions & employment in international corporations. | Respond and meet demands of international and French corporates for shortage of talent in Finance. | Be SMART in corporate & recruiter relations (Strategic, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound). | Pilot an innovative career development programme in 2008 with 6 MSc programmes.

Development Centers: In-tray exercise, group exercise, competency based interview and Talent Brokerage – presentation. Driven by Facilitators. The TI&CD Programme is unique in that it facilitates innovative and customized collaboration with leading EDHEC Business School propose to join the institutions. Based on the feedback received to date, Advisory Board of the Financial Economics Track, the most desired co-operation possibilities are listed and participate to the success of this ambitious below. However, this overview is not exhaustive. We project : welcome your suggestions and are, at this stage, flexible in accommodating specific requirements. Your role as Facilitator
| As a Facilitator, you will need to be able to observe and rate behaviour in English, | As a Facilitator, you might be asked to continue your involvement with the programme through Talent Board membership, coaching of students, information exchange etc, | The Facilitator Training is envisaged to take place in July 2008 (date to be advised ASAP). The training will be max. 1.5 days and we will organize two training sessions to minimize travel, | As a Facilitator, you will need to be available on various days when the Development Centres are taking place (mid-October 08).
