Thewindageandelevationadjustersshould neverbemovedallthewaytoeitherextremein adjustment.Itispossiblethatover-adjustment willdamagethesight.Iftheadjusterresistance increases,thelimitsofadjustmenttravelare beingapproached.Adjustfurtheronlywith caution.Asthelimitsoftheadjustmentare reached,theadjustment mechanismwillbecomemoreandmore difficulttoadjust.Iftheadjustmentmechanism isadjustedpastthispoint,itwillbreak. Aftermounting,asight-inofthereddotat25 yardswillbehelpful.
Usingthecenterofthethree-shotgroupasa reference,makethenecessaryadjustmentsfor ElevationandWindagecorrection.Using arrowsforreference,adjustdialsinthedirection youwishthegrouptomove.
Youcanalsorepeattheabovecalibrationat differentdistancesaccordingtoyour requirements.
MaintenanceCleaning
Thereddotsightwillrequireverylittleroutine maintenanceotherthanperiodicallycleaningthe exteriorlenses.Ifdesired,theexteriorlensmay becleanedbywipingwithasoft,drycloth.
Whencleaningthelenses,besuretouse productsthatarespecificallydesignedforuseon coatedopticallenses.
●Besuretoblowawayanydustorgriton thelenspriortowipingthesurface.
●Usingyourbreath,oraverysmallamount ofwaterorpurealcohol,canhelpremove stubbornthingslikedriedwaterspots.

●Isthebatterydead?Ifso,replacethebattery.
Ifshotdoesnotholdzero,pleasecheck:
