Optics Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty Your Optics are warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase by the original purchaser. Batteries, damages caused by misuse or improper handling are not covered by this warranty. In the event of a defect under this warranty, EAA or The Optics manufacturer will repair or replace the Optics product at our or their option.

Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than the Optics Manufacturer or European American Armory Corp or if the product is outside the continental USA. This warranty is non-transferable. For optics warranty and service DO NOT SEND THE COMPLETE FIREARM, ONLY SEND THE OPTICS‌. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from date of original purchase, Consequential or incidental damages and / or expenses, or any other expenses are not covered by this warranty.
