50 Years in Oshkosh

2019 MARKS THE 50TH CONSECUTIVE EAA fly-in and convention

After the first fly-in, the event grew steadily, remaining here in Oshkosh. But Oshkosh wasn’t always EAA’s home. at Milwaukee except for a prophetic diversion to Oshkosh Of our first 17 fly-ins, 16 weren’t in Oshkosh at all. In fact, in 1956, before moving to Rockford, Illinois, in 1959. At that 10 of them weren’t even in Wisconsin. time, the fly-in was a four-day affair.
