Graduation Ceremony 2015 Timetable  Students must be at the Auditorium of the CCIB - Fòrum at 17:00 (5:00pm).  Date: Thursday 2nd July 2015  Duration: The Graduation Ceremony will run from 18:00 to 19.45.

Drinks will be served afterwards.  Venue: Auditorium of the CCIB – Fòrum. Parc del Fòrum, Plaça Leonardo da Vinci, s/n, 08901 (Barcelona).  We recommend travelling by taxi or public transport: Metro L4 (Station - El Maresme | Fòrum) or Tram T4 (Stop - Fòrum). If you come by car, the nearest car parks are the B:SM Plaça del Fòrum and the car park of the Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre.

Dress code  Gentlemen: Suit and tie.  Ladies: Evening dress.

Seating  On arrival at the venue, students must go to the confirmation tables in the lobby to find out where they should sit in the Auditorium.  It is compulsory to go to the confirmation tables in the lobby to find out which seat they have been assigned.  Family members and companions should enter the Auditorium directly.

They should take a seat in the section that is not reserved for Graduating Students.  Friends and family do not sit with the graduating students. There is a section reserved especially for them.

Collection of graduation sashes  When it is time to collect the graduation sashes, students will be called up in groups of ten.  They should follow the Organizers’ instructions at all times.

Live broadcast  The Graduation Ceremony will be broadcast live online at the following link: http://eventos.eae.es/graduacion2015  You can pass this link on to friends and family, and share it on your social media. It is important that anyone who wants to follow the ceremony logs on ten minutes before the event starts.  The event will be followed dynamically on Twitter (#graduacioneae2015) and Facebook.
