SUMMER EAGLE HILL SCHOOL

A snapshot of fun and discovery.

Capture the joy of learning this July.

From late June through early August, Eagle Hill School offers a five-week summer session for students aged 10–16. The EHS summer session combines the excitement of a classic summer camp with our unique approach to educating diverse learners. The course offerings and activities are designed to help students have a fun-filled summer while building confidence and paving the road for academic success in the fall. There are so many reasons for families to fall in love with Eagle Hill while experiencing our summer session!

One Summer: Three Choices One Summer: Three Choices

TRADITIONAL SUMMER SESSION

The Eagle Hill summer session provides academic enrichment and skill development for students interested in addressing specific learning needs or maintaining progress achieved in thier previous school year. Electives and sports activities are combined with academic courses to address the needs of the whole child in a camp atmosphere. This success-oriented environment gives bright, motivated students the opportunity to flourish.

NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

New Student Orientation is a five-week summer experience designed intentionally and specifically for students starting their first year at EHS in September. Students in this program will take a full complement of summer academic classes and electives, while receiving essential insights into life at EHS to ensure a smooth transition in the fall. Additionally, our Student Life team plans social activities and trips for orientation students to enjoy, providing plenty of opportunities to make new friends before the school year begins.

LEADERS IN TRAINING

The LIT program is the perfect opportunity for energetic, inquisitive students to take on responsibility, gain valuable leadership experience, and transform summertime into a period of personal and social growth. The Leaders in Training program blends workshops, opportunities to lead younger summer students, off-campus trips and community service programs, and collaborative classroom teaching opportunities with one goal in mind: helping students grow into the leaders they can be!

DAYTIME SCHEDULE

The daily schedule is divided into eight periods, featuring four academic courses that emphasize reading, writing, and math, along with four elective classes. Class sizes are intentionally small, averaging a 5:1 student-to-teacher ratio. Schedules are tailored to each student’s skill level and learning abilities, ensuring students are placed in the best environment to maximize their learning potential.
