Absence from chargeable activities

Many parents raise queries regarding the charges for activities. Most of these queries relate to activities which have been missed for one reason or another. The policy is very similar to the policy for missed music lessons but to clarify matters for both parents (and those taking activities), our policy is outlined below:

You will not be charged if a teacher or coach is absent from an activity lesson and there is no one available to cover the activity.

You will not be charged when a child is absent due to another school event.

You will be charged for activity sessions if a child is absent due to illness or a term time holiday.

You will be charged when a child forgets to appear punctually for a lesson.
