The season finishes with champagne toasts, or more realistically, the entire season is infused with empty, but enjoyable calories. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Naturally Sweet

Makes 1 loaf of bread
Total Time: 1 hour and 5 mins, Prep Time: 15 mins, Bake Time: 50 mins 3 cups almond flour 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips, plus 2 tbsp to sprinkle on top 1 cup canned pumpkin puree 3 eggs 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line either a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
3. Pour batter into loaf pan, then sprinkle remaining 2 tbsp of chocolate chips on top. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the middle of the bread. Then slice and serve! g
