The Frame All headboards and ottoman frames are bench-made by our expert craftsmen. Our bed frames are crafted with a built-in box spring support. All of our wood is pre-tested for warping to ensure durability and longevity.
The padding Headboards, ottomans, and all of our other upholstered products feature thick, double padding. We use high-quality, high-density foam that resists yellowing. The foam is designed to keep its loft and structure over time while maintaining its support and comfort.
WOOD STAINS We use a water-based stain on all of our solid wood legs that provide you with a range of color way options. It is odorless, Eco-friendly, and penetrates the wood deeper for a rich, long-lasting color. The legs are then coated in a clear satin finish for a more durable and polished look.
FABRIC INSPECTION We have hand-picked hundreds of high-quality fabrics available in our Upholstery Workshop. Each fabric chosen is either railroaded or non-directional for a seamless design and to yield the most efficient yardage usage. Before upholstering, all fabrics are meticulously measured and placed to match and align. Even the fabric buttons on our tufted furniture are pattern matched, completing that seamless design.
EASY INSTALLATION All products are pre-drilled to ensure easy installation, with no professional assembly required. Ottomans, benches, and stools come fully assembled; legs simply screw in. Beds require a screwdriver to attach the headboard in an easy, one-step process. Complete beds include metal slats with an adjustable middle foot for added security and support. Slats come pre-adjusted according to size. All headboards come with an easy-to-use adapter kit.
CARE To care for your upholstered product, dust or vacuum regularly to keep fabrics looking bright and new. Avoid direct sunlight and heat to prevent fabric fading. Dab any spills on fabric or legs immediately with a soft, white cloth. Do not use detergents to clean. JanieÂŽ Upholstery Cleaner available for more stubborn oil-based stained.

Lucite Legs Disclaimer
Please take the following precautions when moving a product with Lucite legs. If these precautions are not taken and the legs are damaged, we will gladly replace them at a cost. 94
- Never drag the item across the floor. - With 2 people, lift and then move the item. - Gently place the item down so that the weight is distributed to all legs at the same time.
Cleaning Lucite Legs Look for a cleaning solution made especially for plastic. It’s important to use a product made for acrylic since many household cleaners contain ammonia which will make the lucite look cloudy. Clean the surface with a clean microfiber cloth. Small particles in a used cloth can scratch the lucite surface.
Shipping Our standard lead time is 3-5 weeks for upholstered furniture (FOB Chicago). The standard lead time for mattresses/box springs is 2-3 weeks. Ottomans and benches are shipped regular UPS Ground (excludes Augusta Chaise in Grande size). Beds, headboards and mattresses are shipped via a freight company using Threshold Service. White Glove service will need to be quoted upon request when the order is placed. Quotes for White Glove service will need to be approved with a signature.
Shipping Costs Threshold Service: Assures delivery of your bed or headboard to your door. This does not include inside delivery, delivery to a specified room, assembly, disposal of packaging, or removal of existing pieces. The following charges apply to shipments of a single bed or a single headboard being delivered to an address within the continental United States with a loading dock. For shipment to an address that lies outside the continental United States, or for orders consisting of multiple beds or headboards, please contact our Customer Service Department for a quote.
