Information Opening an Account To qualify for a Marquise trade account, you must be a retailer or design professional in the home furnishings, decorative accessories, or hospitality industries. Once we have approved your application, you will receive your account and website login information. Please visit EasternAccents. com/Account to open an account.
Ordering Procedures Our minimum opening order and re-order amount is $250. Orders under the minimum are subject to a $25 fee. There is no minimum order requirement for fabric, trimming, down and Microfiber inserts, and sales material orders. There are several ways to place an order: • PHONE: Contact our Customer Service Department at 800.397.4556. • FAX: Send the order directly to our factory via fax at 800.998.3278. • WEB: Visit MarquiseEA.com and log in to place an order online.
Terms We accept prepaid checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For Net 30 terms (available to Stocking dealers only), submit at least three trade references with your business banking information via fax, mail, or internet (EasternAccents.com/Account). Credit approval takes approximately two weeks.
Shipping Our standard lead time is 3-5 weeks for bedding and accessories, and approximately 1 week for in-stock fabrics and trimmings (FOB Chicago). For domestic ground delivery orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on dimensions, weight, shipping method, and destination. For all credit card and prepaid check transactions, Eastern Accents will charge a $15 shipping fee for orders under $200 and a 10% shipping fee for orders over $200. Standard shipping charges do not apply to orders consisting of furniture. Please contact our Customer Service department for a quote when shipping to an address outside of the continental United States. Drop-ship requests will be accommodated for an additional fee; when shipping directly to an address other than the bill to, Eastern Accents will charge a $10 fee. For our customers that operate out of a residential address, Eastern Accents will charge a $5 Residential Fee (signature upon delivery is required). Threshold Service: Assures delivery of your bed or headboard to your door. It does not include inside delivery, delivery to a specified room, assembly, disposal of packaging, or removal of existing pieces. The delivery fee for headboards is $200 (per headboard); the delivery fee for beds is $250 (per bed). The delivery fee for Corrado beds is $350 (per bed). Charges apply to each bed or headboard shipped to an address within the continental United States that have a loading dock. For shipment to addresses without a loading dock, delivery outside of the continental United States, or for orders consisting of multiple beds/headboards, please contact our Customer Service department for a quote. 80
White Glove Service: Assures inside delivery to a room of your choice, set up, and assembly. Please contact our Customer Service department for more information. Located in Chicago? Delivery fees for headboards will be $100 (per bed); delivery fee for beds will be $150 (per bed).
Return Policy When items are in original condition, Eastern Accents accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns received after the 10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Custom items are non-returnable.

Fabrics Consistency and Substitutions Fabrics offered by Marquise may have variations in texture and color. We may substitute similar fabrics and trimmings if the originals are no longer available. Please visit MarquiseEA.com for current fabric and trimming availability. Burlap Consistency: Burlap is a coarse woven natural fabric, and as with all products made from natural materials, the imperfections and inconsistencies are normal and a distinct characteristic of burlap. Dyed burlap is not colorfast like regular fabrics and may eventually fade and return to its original natural color, especially if exposed to the sun.
Insert Unless otherwise noted, all Marquise include Cloud Down Alternative inserts. Additional fills available, visit our website for more details. We recommend our deluxe warmth comforters for colder climates and duvet covers made of heavier fabrics. Our medium weight is suitable as an all-season comforter, while our light weight is ideal for warmer climates or those who prefer a blanket-like feeling.
Upgrades BED SKIRTS Bed skirts are available in six standard sizes. All bed skirts have a 18” drop, split corners with kick pleats, and a 3” decking border. For an additional fee, you may customize the drop of any bed skirt to between 1” and 30”. • CST-15 1”-17” • CST-16 19”-25” • CST-17 26”-30” DUVET COVERS AND COMFORTERS In addition to the existing corner ties and loops, four extra ties and loops can be added to the middle of all sides of your duvet cover and comforter. • CST-25
