______ ASAP: Access your EKU email and activate two-factor authentication: go.eku.edu/email ______ OCTOBER: Complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after Oct. 1 ______ JANUARY: Housing applications open ______ JANUARY 15: Deadline for Honors Program applications ______ FEBRUARY: Orientation/testing registration opens online ______ LATE SPRING: Expect to receive your financial aid award letter ______ MAY: Send in dual credit college transcripts ______ MAY-JULY: Attend New Student Orientation and confirm your enrollment ______ AUGUST: Attend Big E Welcome, move in and begin classes!
DATES TO REMEMBER OCTOBER 1 The financial aid application for students planning to start in the fall can be completed at FAFSA.gov. FEBRUARY 1 Deadline for Foundation scholarship applications. You must be admitted to EKU on or before this date for priority consideration for scholarships. MARCH 15 Deadline for Rodney Gross, New Horizons and Trailblazer scholarships. For priority consideration, apply for these scholarships by January 1. MAY 1 If you’ve been admitted to EKU before May 1, you must accept your scholarship in EKU Direct by this date.
