Join Brooke McAlary in conversation with Amy Taylor-Kabbaz as they discuss Brooke's latest book Care: The radical art of taking time. There is little doubt that the world is in desperate need of care; however, despite the overwhelming global problems that face us, we can find ourselves caring too much, while at the same time caring too little. Care explores what it means to care in smaller ways - for ourselves, our loved ones and our communities - and discovers that caring doesn't need to cost us our wellbeing, happiness or relationships. Brooke McAlary is the international bestselling author of Slow and the host and creator of the award-winning Slow Home Podcast where she encourages thousands of people every day to live a simpler, slower life. Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is a journalist, best-selling author of Happy Mama: The Guide to Finding Yourself Again, and the creator of website Happy Mama.
