STRONGER TOGETHER
Development Leadership Network Conference
Agenda and Overview February 15 - 17, 2017 Hampton Inn • Orlando • Florida
Dear Friends, On behalf of our host affiliate Easterseals Florida and the Development Leadership Network Planning Committee, we are very pleased to welcome you to our second Development Leadership Network Meeting. Thank you as well to our Development Leadership Network Planning Committee for working tirelessly once again to pull this event together: Jake Adams, Tom Barry, Bernadette Bitting, Darrell Byers, Helen Drobnis, Claire Fleischer, Ann Kora, Danielle Gentry-Barth, Natalie Glumm, Angie Gonzalez, Erik Johnson, and Debbie Strahanoski. Based on the feedback received after the first Development Leadership Network Meeting, this group has worked over the past few months to ensure that this agenda is rich with content that you can use to build upon the great job you are doing locally. We are excited to keep the momentum rolling from a successful inaugural Development Leadership Meeting last fall. It is so important to provide a forum for development professionals across the Easterseals affiliate network to be able to come together and share their experiences, best practices, and concerns. Our goal is to inspire one another so that the mission of Easterseals can be advanced in fresh ways while building lifelong partnerships and friendships. This is our meeting! Get the most out of it, ask questions, share stories and bring back the education and tools your affiliate needs to grow your resources. Our time together includes sessions that range from talent management to diversifying giving. We will also have an exploratory session with The Bridgespan Group to focus on how we as an enterprise can better support and implement fundraising, as well as learn more about CRM and how to select software to suit your needs. At the end of our time together we hope to have new friendships, partnerships and exciting ideas and the tools necessary to keep serving our community. Thank you for investing your time in this group. We look forward to an excellent meeting. Welcome to Orlando! Warmly,
Kimberly Hall Affiliate Host & Chief Development Officer Easterseals Florida
Brad Hutchins Senior Vice President of Development Easterseals National
