Par-Tee Dinner Auction & Tee-It-Up Golf Tournament To benefit Easterseals Midwest

SATURDAY, JULY 22 & MONDAY, JULY 24, 2017 MEADOWBROOK COUNTRY CLUB

ABOUT THE EVENT Easterseals Midwest is thrilled to be hosting the 32nd Annual Par-Tee Dinner Auction and Tee-It-Up Golf Tournament at Meadowbrook Country Club. Proceeds benefit our programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Because of your support of this two-day event, Easterseals Midwest is able to provide help and hope for more than 4,600 children and adults each year. The need for support is increasing, and your generous contributions are more important than ever. Please help us help others.

SPONSORSHIPS & IN-KIND DONATIONS Sponsorships and in-kind donations help offset the costs of Easterseals Midwest’s Par-Tee Dinner Auction and Tee-It-Up Golf Tournament. The proceeds from this event directly benefits children and adults with developmental disabilities, helping them gain access to services. Please notify us of your sponsorship participation by Friday, May 19 2017, in order to be included on the invitation and to allow for timely production of event signage. For a listing of in-kind items needed, please see the wish list at the top of the in-kind donation form. For additional information, please contact Patti Dickens, Director of Development, Corporate Engagement, at 314-394-7071 or by emailing patti.dickens@esmw.org.

It is the belief of Easterseals Midwest that all people should be treated with dignity and respect. All people should have choices and control of their own lives. And, all people can learn, live, work and participate in a community that values their contributions, regardless of their disability.

YOUR DOLLARS AT WORK $10,000 can provide much-needed relief for 6 individuals with developmental disabilities to move off the statewide housing waiting list and into their own homes. $7,500 can provide 3 individuals with essential skill-building opportunities so that they can secure and sustain a competitive job in the community, earning at least minimum wage. $5,000 can offer intensive, early training and support for 1 family to learn how to positively interact with and care for a child with autism. $2,000 can offer 1 individual a year’s worth of support from our registered nursing staff to live a healthy, productive life in his or her own home in the community. $1,000 can provide 12 hours of life-changing therapy for a child with autism who is struggling to communicate with family and friends. $500 can provide 40 hours of accredited preschool learning for children both without and with disabilities at our early education center.
