Through this section, Publisher can update their credentials like,

Publisher Name Contact Person Contact Number Address Publisher Logo Publisher Banner About Publisher etc. After successful login, the admin can change password through “Change Password” tab.


Adding Series •

Adding Series is an easy task with ETG. Once you add a series you can add multiple books in that series

There are few steps, that are to be performed to add a series successfully.

To add a new series, Click on “Add” button on the Top right.


Adding Series: Step 2 After clicking on “Add” button, a new window will open. In this window enter details like, • • • • •

Subject Author Series Name Series Description Series Features

After adding the details, click on “Submit” button to save the series.


Adding Books

After adding series, the next step is to click on “Add Books” option.

After clicking on Add Books button, a new window pops up.

In this window, Click on Add books option and New window will open out.


Adding Books: Step 1 In the new window enter the information of the book like, • • • • •

Title Book ID ISBN Series Name Licence Period etc.

After uploading all the required information, you can grant a licence to the book. This licence adds a double security layer to the book.


Adding Books: Step 2 •

After adding all the required information about the Book, upload the “Chapter names” of the Book.

After adding all the chapters of the book. Click on “Submit” option to successfully add a book in your database


Add Lesson Plan

To add to your web support for teachers you get the option to upload “Lesson Plans” for each chapter in a book

The Lesson plan are uploaded in PDF format and are made available for teachers to download.


Add Worksheet •

The new feature has been added in ETG, “Add Worksheet”.

Up to 5 worksheets for each chapter can be added in the book.

You have to select subject, series, class and then choose book.

The worksheets are uploaded in PDF format and are made available for teachers to download


Add School •

To Add a new school, click on “Add” option present on the top right.

After clicking, the window will popup. Now, add all the required details like,

School Name Email Board/University Contact Number Address etc.

After adding, click on submit button to successfully save the details.


Adding Teacher ▪

Adding and Managing Teachers is a simple task with ETG.

To add new teacher, click on “Add” option on the teacher page.

A new window will open after clicking on Add tab.


Adding Teacher (cont.) ▪

To add teacher, provide all the required details of a teacher like,

School Email Address Name etc.

Allot multiple books to the teachers for the required time period. Teacher can only view the allotted books.

The licence period of a Teacher can be provided in the “Active From” and “Active to” Option.


Adding Questions ▪

The Questions can be added with ease. You get option to add variety of questions in a simple step by step manner.

The questions can be added by clicking on “Add” tab.

Select the type of question you want to add and then click on Add button.


Bulk Upload ▪ You also get option to bulk upload the questions using an excel file. ▪ Download the sample excel file and add your questions to it with answers. If there are images enter the name of the image. ▪ After adding questions in a excel file, the file can be uploaded through “Add Question” tab.
