Warranty
As a Swiss company, we have completely internalised quality standards. The FLYER Plus warranty is an additional quality promise that goes beyond the legal warranty. The fee-based FLYER Premium warranty provides maximum protection that extends the warranty for components, electronics and battery to four years.

Valid from the date on the purchase receipt for all new complete bicycles fully assembled by a FLYER dealer or, in the case of on-line purchases, for all new complete bicycles pre-assembled by FLYER ready for fine adjustments to be made by the customer

Residual capacity of at least 60 % after two years or 500 full charging cycles, depending on what is reached first; provided that the battery has been operated and charged in accordance with the operating instructions

Conclusion of a Premium warranty contract following the purchase of a new complete bicycle from the 2021 model year fully assembled by a FLYER dealer or, in the case of on-line purchases, of a new complete bicycle from the 2021 model year pre-assembled by FLYER ready for fine adjustments to be made by the customer. At the time of printing, it is not yet possible to conclude the FLYER Premium warranty due to technical reasons. Interested customers may sign up on the website www.flyer-bikes.com/garantie/ premium-garantie by 31 December 2020 for registration at a later date. The Premium warranty shall apply from the date of purchase irrespective of the date of registration.
