Dear Parents, Guardians and families of Ashford School, 2020 has, without doubt, been one of the most challenging years in living memory. Yet out of adversity has emerged some good. I have been so pleased with the resilience displayed by our students as well as their desire to give to others. Since the return in September, there has been a palpable sense of togetherness, positivity and determination. At School, we remain determined to deliver an outstanding education in all the varied areas. I am committed to leading the School to an even stronger position in 2021. The students have so often provided me with the cheer and sense of perspective, for which I am so appreciative. I am extremely proud of all the staff (support and teaching), who despite everything which has been thrown their way, have been steadfast in their determination to perform at their best for the students. Finally, I would like to thank all of you. At times, I have been overwhelmed by the level of support we have received. Thank you for demonstrating and maintaining your faith in us as a School. I would like to wish you and your families the most peaceful and restful breaks. Happy Christmas and every good wish for 2021. Mr Michael Hall
