STRATEGIC PRIORITIES 2019 - 2022

STRATEGIC PRIORITIES Well-led Schools have, among other attributes, a clear set of objectives that explain the priorities for the School to its staff, parents and other key stakeholders. These priorities take into account the core values of the School, while understanding the areas of focus in order to develop and improve. We have developed our six strategic priorities openly in discussion with our governors, senior leadership teams and within staff forums. We have also acknowledged and addressed feedback from parents. We believe that these strategic priorities will support the delivery of our vision, which is:

To be recognised locally, nationally and internationally as a centre of excellence, empowering young people to make a difference in their changing world.
