Scholarship Overview The amount of a scholarship award depends on the competitiveness of the admitted applicant pool. On average, 80% of newly admitted students receive scholarship awards ranging from $1,500 to $35,000. Applicants who do not qualify for resident tuition may be eligible to receive non-resident tuition assistance. All out-of-state applicants are automatically considered for this waiver. Applicants with a Utah address who may not qualify for residency should email MHAinfo@Eccles.Utah.edu to request consideration.

Fall Enrollment Option

This program of study includes an MHA cohort series and administrative internship. Students exit the program prepared to accept leadership roles in a variety of fields, including healthcare delivery, public health, healthcare policy and health services research.

Career Development The MHA career development specialist works to provide career-focused training and resources that complement classroom studies and facilitate mutually beneficial connections between students, alumni and corporate recruiters. The specialist helps students maximize their graduate school investment to succeed in today's competitive job market. Leveraging their internship experience and network of local executives, MHA faculty, and Executives-in-Residence, MHA students can expect to secure top-level jobs.
