停課停課情況依各不同分校、修課期間與簽證規定而異，並應符合EC語言學校停課辦法之規定，可參考：http://partners.ecenglish.com/ sessionbreakpolicy.pdf 2017年國定假日 – 適逢週休日： EC語言學校各分校均於國定假日休假。這類假日未上課之課堂，各分校均不另行補課。但一對一課程除外，將另行補課。缺漏之課堂並不退費。已公佈之開課日均逢星期一。若該日為國定假日，則該課程將於次一營業日開始。 2017/2018年聖誕假期各分校於該期間之國定假日均停課(參閱個別分校之價目表)。這類假日並不補課。課堂縮減 EC語言學校有權因學生人數不足而減少課堂數。這類課堂縮減之情形如下： - 般 20/應考 20/學年 20/半密集 24：當全班有1至3 名學生減修至10堂/週時；當全班有4至6名學生減修至15堂/週時 - 小組班 20/企業英語小組班 20：當全班有1至3名學生減修至15堂/週時 - 密集/應考 30/學年 30：當全班有1至3名學生減修至15堂/週時；當全班有4至6名學生減修至20 堂/週時 - 小組班 30/企業英語小組班 30：當全班有1至3名學生減修至20堂/週時 - 50歲以上專班：當全班有1至3名學生-換修成標準小組班 20課程時，則社會課程將微幅變更補發遺失/遺忘之學生證 60美元/60加幣/30英鎊/30歐元英語/法語程度若學生依EC語言學校分級測驗並未具英語/法語之最低程度而要求選讀特定課程，則EC語言學校有權將學生編入適合其程度之課程。獎學金獲頒獎學金或政府助學金之學生，若開始修課之前款項尚未提撥予選讀之分校，則該學生應支付預付訂金。接機抵達之前7日應告知包括抵達時間、航班編號、航空公司及起飛地等班機詳細資料，以便EC語言學校安排接機。若未於抵達之前7日告知EC語言學校班機詳細資料，則無法退還接機費用。接機費用包含最多1小時之等候時間。若延誤超過1小時，則學生到校時應另向其收取額外費用。班級資訊 - 上課時間為星期一至星期五之上午與/或下午。EC語言學校有權變更課程表之編排。 - 各分校之特殊重點班、免費語言研習及語言活動並不相同，且依實際情況得隨時變更。 - 個別課程則得依教師/教室之實際情形排定。 - EC語言學校有權將教室變更至類似標準之其他場所。住宿 - 於20:00至08:00抵達之學生屬延後/提早抵達住宿地點，因此應依規定於飯店預訂首夜之住宿。某些住宿方式可能另外加收延後抵達手續費，這類資訊均隨時備索。 - 若有特殊飲食需求將另行供應。供應情形及適用收費標準等資訊均隨時備索。 - EC語言學校將嚴選合作夥伴寄宿家庭提供者以供學生住宿。 - 學生應於22:00之前抵達寄宿家庭住處。22:00之後抵達之學生因屬延後/提早抵達寄宿家庭，因此應依

上述日期缺漏之課堂，EC語言學校均不予補課。缺課部份並不退費。加拿大各分校於國定假日均開放。休閒活動課程 EC語言學校有權基於天候狀況或其他任何非本校能控制之理由變更休閒活動課程。宵禁時間學生應遵守必要時實施之宵禁時間規定。其他處所 EC語言學校有權於特殊情況下使用其他地點具類似標準之教室或住宿處所。課程表 EC語言學校有權縮減並行式課表，並輪流實施上午及下午課堂。EC語言學校有權變更課表；但每週或課程之總堂數並不受影響。睡床安排入住宿舍之第三/第四床可能為折疊床/沙發床/子母床，此為世界通用之宿舍措施。某些宿舍可能採用雙層床。加分課程及特殊選修預訂加分課程及特殊選修之學生可能無法參加所有排定活動。若預訂特殊選修人數不足，則可能必須取銷開課並依規定退費。

毀損公物學生對公物所造成之任何損壞，均應由其全額支付費用。某些住宿方式可能採行損害保證金規定，並應於抵達時付清。

零用金 EC語言學校並未提供學生零用金服務。父母親應確保其子女於就讀期間具有充足零用金。當學生於就讀期間需要零用金時，父母親應透過國際轉帳方式匯入經費。

保險選讀本校任何課程之學生均應具有充份之健康、意外及旅行平安保險。

特殊要求儘管EC語言學校一直盡力滿足同房等各種特殊要求，但並無法保證一定令您滿意。

週中抵達/離校 EC馬爾他分校：EC語言學校將以每週7夜為準，於特殊要求情況下安排週中抵達。於週間工作日抵達及離校之學生，將無法補足缺漏之課堂或活動。

條款及細則 EC語言學校制定之現行條款及細則，替代學生於預訂時適用之先前任何條款及細則。
