We know how valuable your time is and how important it is to feel prepared. With EC Online you can access materials and start learning as soon as you book with us. You can also test your level, and share your goals and motivations, so we can prepare too.

If you have booked Homestay accommodation, you will arrive to a warm welcome from your host. If you choose a residence option, an EC representative will be on hand to make sure you are fully settled. You will feel 100% at home before school on Monday.

You can join in with a number of activities on the Sunday before school begins. These could include brunch, a city tour and a typical local dinner – all while getting to know the EC team and your fellow students. You will receive your invite to the activities two weeks before you arrive.

We give the best possible welcome. Refreshments, music and 100% of our team's attention creates a comfortable VIP environment on your first day. A short orientation talk is followed by lessons introducing learning at EC and local life.

-Okul başlamasına yakin tarihte konaklamalarda iptaller: Tüm okullar için: -EC konaklamalari: Okul başlama tarihine 14 gün ve daha az zamanda yapılan konaklama iptallerinde ve değişikliklerinde 1 haftalık konaklama bedeli ile birlikte konaklama bulma ücreti alınır. -EC’ye ait olmayan konaklamalar (acente aracılığı ile ayarlanan konaklamalar) iptal koşulları farklıdır. EC tarafından ayarlanan Hotel ve yemek dahil olmayan apartmanlar EC fiyat listesinde yer almamaktadır, bu yüzden iptal bedeli ödememek için kursun başlayacağı tarihe 30 gün kala iptal edilmesi gerekmektedir, aksi taktirde toplam ödenmiş olan konaklama bedeli yanar. Bu sebepten dolayı hatırlatmak isteriz ki hotel ve yemeksiz apartman konaklamarına kalış tarihinden 30 gün önce tüm ödeme yapilmaktadir. -Vizeye bağlı olarak geliş tarihi ertelenecek ise, EC öğrencinin Eğer öğrenci 4 hafta önceden konaklamasını iptal etmek talep ettiği aynı konaklama garantisini vermemektedir. istediği bilgisini vermez ise kalan konaklama süresinden 4 -Vize memurunun karari yada ülkeye giriş iznini veren polisin haftalık konaklama ücreti kesilerek kalan haftaların para iadesi yapılır. kararindan EC hiçbir şekilde sorumlu değildir. -Vizeler ile ilgili tavsiyeler sadece elçilikler ve konsolosluklar tarafindan verilmektedir. Ögrenci kendi bölgesindeki elçilik yada konsolosluk ile irtibata geçerek başvurusunu yapmalıdır. Öğrenci eğitim aldığı süre boyunce geçerli vizeye sahip olmalıdır, aksi taktirde kursu iptal edilecektir. Öğrenciler alacakları vize ile ilgili tüm güncel bilgileri takip etmelidirler, okula kayıt olduktan sonraki değişiklikleri kabul etmek durumundalar. Amerika icin: Federal kanunlara göre EC göçmen olmayan eğitim almak isteyen öğrencilerin kaydını alabilir. Kanunlar gereği, EC’nin I-20 belgesi düzenleyebilmesi icin öğrencinin sunması gereken belgeler:

-Öğrencinin pasaport kopyası, ev adresi, eğitim ve yaşam -Geri iadeler 45 gün içerisinde yapılır. giderlerinin toplam miktarını gösteren bankadan alınmıs banka mektubu (60 gün yada daha az zamanda alınmış), Amerika için: herhangi bir kişi öğrenciye bu giderler icin sponsor oluyor ise Amerika’ya EC I-20 belgesi ile gelen ve kursunu hemen iptal bu kişiden alınmış sponsorluk mektubu eden yada hiçbir şekilde kursa başlamayan öğrencilerin GERİ İADE VE İPTAL ÜCRETLERİ aşağıda belirtilen ücretleri ödemeleri gerekmektedir. -Okuldan geri iade alabilmek için , kursun iptal edilmek istenildiğine dair yazılı bir belge sunulmalıdır. Geri ödemeler ancak ödemeyi yapan kisiye iade edilir. -Öğrenci programa kayıt olduktan ve ödemesini yaptıktan sonra , eğer EC programı iptal etmek isterse, tüm ödenmiş miktarı aynen öğrenciye iade eder. -Eğitimi için öğrenci vizesi veya geçici oturma vizesi almak durumunda olan öğrenciler, vize kuralları gereği kurs sürelerini kısaltamayabilirler. -Kurs geri iadeleri orantılı şekilde haftalık olarak hesaplanarak yapılmaktadır. Öğrenci kursun belli bir bölümünü iptal ettirmek istediğinde eğer bir gün bile kursa devam ettiği haftalar bir bütün olarak haftanın tamamında eğitim görmüş sayılacaktır. -EC merkezlerinde eğitim alacak tüm öğrenciler lokasyona ozel ‘’eyalet kayıt’’ve ‘’iade anlasmasina’’ tabidir. Öğrenci eğer 4 haftadan sonra kursunu bitirmek isterse ve bu zaman eğitim sürecinin tam yarisina denk geliyor ise: eğitim bedeli EC fiyat listesindeki indirimsiz ücretler üzerinden eşit olarak dağitilarak yapilmaktadir. Öğrenci eğer eğitim sürecinin tam ortasina denk gelen sürede kursu bitirmek isterse hiçbir şekilde geri iade alamayacaktir. GERİ İADE SÜRELERİ Öğrenci kursunu okula başlamadan önce iptal ederse, geri iade okula başlayacaği tarihten sonraki yada iptal ettiği tarihten sonra hangi tarih daha erken ise o tarihten sonraki 45 gün içinde yapilacaktir. Eğer öğrenci okula geldikten sonra iptal ederse, geri iade öğrencinin okula en son gün geldiği tarihten sonraki 45 gün içinde yapilacaktir. Bütün geri ödemeler, ödemeyi yapan kişi yada kuruma iade edilir.

-Dersler Pazartesi’den Cuma’ya sabah ve öğleden sonra iki grup şeklinde ayrılır. Öğrenci okula gelmeden ders programı garantilenmez. EC ders programlarını değiştirme hakkına sahiptir.

Eğer sınıfta 4-6 öğrenci var ise ders sayısı haftada 15 Asırı taşkınlık yapan yada devamsızlığı cok fazla olan 4 haftaya kadar olan eğitim bedeli, konaklama ve iadesi derse düşer. öğrencileri EC okuldan atma hakkına sahiptir. MÜLKE ZARAR VERME

SOKAĞA CIKMA YASAĞİ SAATLERİ

Öğrenciler konakladıkları yere zarar vermeleri durumunda, verdikleri zararı karşılamakla yükümlüdürler. Depozit bedelleri konaklamaya geldikleri ilk gün kendilerine bildirilecek ve öğrenci deposit ödemesini yapmalıdır.

Belli saatlerden sonra EC öğrencilere dışarı çıkma izni vermemektedir. Bu saatlerde dışarı çıkmamaya dikkat edilmelidir.

SEYEHAT VE SAĞLIK SİGORTASI Programa gelen öğrencilerin sağlık durumlarının yerinde olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca öğrenciler sağlık, kaza ve seyehat sigortasına sahip olmalıdırlar. Klasik Kanada programında sağlık sigortası dahildir. HAFTA ORTASI VARIŞLAR VE AYRILIŞLAR EC Malta: Talep edebilirler. EC hafta ortası varış ve ayrılışları 1 hafta 7 gece olarak belirier. EC hafta ortasında programa başlayan ve ayrılan öğrenciler için, kaçırdıkları ders ve aktiviteler için hiçbirşekilde telafi uygulamamaktadır.

ALTERNATİF SINIF VE KONAKLAMALAR Okullarda ve konaklamalarda yoğunluk olduğu durumlarda, aynı standartlardaki binalari EC alternative olarak kullanabilir. DERS PROGRAMI EC zig zag ders programı uygulamaktadır. Bu şekilde sabahtan ve öğleden sonra olmak üzere iki farklı gruba eğitim verebilir. Haftalık ders saati sayısı bu zig zag ders programından etkilenmeyecektir. KONAKLAMADA YATAK DÜZENLEMELERİ Residence konaklamada 3. ve 4. yatak ,yataklı kanepe seklinde olmaktadır. Bazı konaklamalarda ise ranza kullanılmaktadır.

FERAGAT FORMLARI

EKSTRA SEÇENEKLER

18 yaş altı tüm öğrenciler programa kayıt yaptırdıklarında aileleri tarafından imzalanmış aktivite programlarına katılım ve gerekli olduğunda sağlik müdehalesi yapılabileceğine dair rıza formunun imzalanmış olması gerekmektedir.

Eğer öğrenci ekstra aktivite eçeneklerinden seçip ödemesini yaptı ise fakat yeterli sayı toplanmaz ise EC bu aktiviteleri iptel edebilir ve öğrenciye para iadesı yapar.

SAĞLIK BEYANNAMESİ

EC öğrencilere cep harçlığı vermemektedir. Aileler öğrencilerin kalacagı süre boyunca onlara yetecek kadar cep harçlığı sağlamalıdır. Öğrencinin kaldığı süre içinde cep harçlığına ihtiyacı olur ise , aileler uluslararası ofise para transferi yapabilirler.

Eğer öğrencinin daha önceden sağlık problemi var is eve EC’ye bu bilgi kayıt sırasında verilmemiş ise ve öğrenci programa başladıktan sonra okulda ciddi sağlık sorunu ile karşı karşıya kalır ise, EC öğrenciyi evine para iadesi yapmadan gönderecektir. Öğrencinin gidiş masrafları kendisine aittir. YÜKÜMLÜLÜKLER EC hiçbirşekilde öğrencilerin kayıp, çalıntı, ve zarar görmesinden sorumlu değildir. FOTOĞRAF VE VİDEO ÇEKİMLERİ EC promosyonel amaçlı fotoğraf ve video görüntüleri çekebilir.Öğrencilerin belirtilen aktivitelere dahil olmak istememesi durumunda, beyanda bulunup çekilmesİ kendi sorumluluğundadır. HAVAALANI TRANSFERLERİ EC’nin havaalanı transferi sağlayabilmesi için uçuş detayları:varış ve dönüş saati,uçuş numarası,havayolları adı, geldiği ve gideceği yer bilgilerinı içermelidir.Bu bilgiler en az 7 gün önceden EC’ye bildirilmelidir. RESMİ TATİLLER 2017 resmi tatiller – haftaiçine denk gelenler: LA: 04 Temmuz Malta: 14 Nisan, 29 Haziran, 15 Agustos Tatil günlerinde yapılmayan dersleri EC daha sonra telafi etmeyecektir. Para iadesi yapilmayacaktir. Resmi tatillerde Kanada’da okul tatil olmamaktadır. BOŞ GEÇEN PROGRAMLAR Hava şartlarının elverişsiz olması yada EC’nin elinde olmayan nedenlerden dolayı yapılamayan aktiviteler

CEP HARÇLIĞI

ÖZEL İSTEKLER EC öğrencilerin özel isteklerine ellerinden geldiğince sunmaktadır fakat bazı durumlara garantileyememektedir ( oda paylaşımı gibi) ŞARTLAR VE KOŞULLAR Yeni şart ve koşullar öğrencinin kaydı sırasında belirtilen şart ve koşulların yerini almaktadır.

ÖDEMELER
