Guithues, Esq. & Tom Connelly Directors in community associations regularly receive training on what they need to know and do in order to best represent their communities in compliance with established legal and ethical parameters. What’s missing in most director training, however, is guidance on the things that many directors and boards do that detract from a board’s overall effectiveness. In this session, we will identify and discuss our “Top 10” mistakes and how to avoid making them.

HOW COVID-19 IMPACTS CURRENT & FUTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Presented by Regan Brown & Bill Mann This presentation discusses the challenges HOAs are facing in trying to resume projects that stopped during the early days of COVID-19 and how to reassess and plan for future projects regardless of whether they are proposed reserve study repairs, rehabilitation or post litigation. This program will discuss the value in waiting or proceeding and the considerations that should be included.
