Leadership philosophy.

My leadership philosophy includes leading by example by making morally and ethically sound decisions. I also value organization, team collaboration, and delegation. Leading a group through the collaborative process at the beginning of a project can utilize the strengths of peers by delegating tasks appropriately.

Family and interests.

I have been married to Matt Hagstrom for 14 years and have three childrenBodee (12), June (10), and Edie (7). My hobbies include chasing my children from activity to activity, spending time on the lake (in the summer!), hiking, playing piano, nature, and spending time with my family.
