ECO LODGE IN PENINSULA VALDES
THE ECO LODGE It is our intention that during your time here you will feel an integral part of this natural paradise, enjoying your stay and leaving only with your memories, without altering the natural surroundings. We have made an intense search to take measures which help protect the environment, such as: - energy efficient heating and lighting - water recycled for irrigation - solar panels - organic inputs, from argentinian hands. The eco lodge is on Ballena’s Avenue (Avenida de las Ballenas), four blocks from the shore and the Primera Bajada’s Street, where you’ll find all the whale’s watching operators.
THE ROOMS There are six doubles and two triple rooms, perfectly designed for a relaxing and armonic stay. The rooms at the ground floor counts with their own small privated terrace. Each room has a Queen size bed (180x200cm) or two individual beds (90x200cm). We provide you with handmade soaps and personal care products without chemicals or additives on it, helping a healthy and well-being skin. We’re used to accommodate documentary film teams from diverse media. Rooms are interconected via LAN, for faster file’s transfer, enough plugs for recharging equipment, constant temperature and daily updated forecast info.

THE PLACE Puerto Pirámides is inside a state park, in the natural protected area of Península Valdés, World Heritage site, declared by UNESCO. In our wildlife calendar, you’ll find: - whales (may to dic.) - orcas (feb. 15 to april 15) - penguins (sept. to march) - dolphins (dic. to march) - sea lions (all year) - sea elephants (all year) - flamingos (sept. to april) - choiques (all year) - guanacos (all year) and lots of other birds and mammals species that inhabit the peninsula all year round.
