God the Father ! !
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.!
INTRODUCTION God the Father is the beginning of all things. Everything that exists came from him, including Christ and the Holy Ghost. Everything in heaven and on earth is a part of him and is an example of his glory, from the smallest atoms and cells, to the greatest oceans and mountains, and the sun and the stars, and the great and mighty angels.
MANKIND Man himself was created in his image and was given a mind to think and choose. Man was crowned with glory and given the dominion of this world. He was told to subdue the earth and to be fruitful and multiply, which is an example of God himself who rules over all, and who created all, multiplying himself and his children without number.
POWER OF GOD If you could combine the sum of all things that exist, the glory, beauty and power of all things, including Christ, the Holy Ghost and His wisdom, it still would not equal the sum of the glory, beauty and power of the Father. His eyes are ten thousand times brighter than the sun.
PRAY TO THE FATHER We pray to God the Father, as Christ taught us. We are also taught to obey the commandments of God the Father, just as Christ, the Holy Spirit and the entire Host of heaven obeys the commandments and the will of the Father. If God obeys God, why do so many people believe that man does not have to?
“BE YE PERFECT” Christ is our creator, our way, our example, and the author and finisher of our faith. Christ said, “Be ye therefore perfect even as your father which is in heaven is perfect”. The perfection of the Father is our ultimate measure.
CHRIST THE LAMB Christ made himself a sacrifice as a lamb for our sins. His sacrifice that he made was a sweet savor to the Father. We make sacrifices of our lives to conform to the word of God. Our sacrifices are a sweet savor to God the Father.
CHRIST & THE HOLY SPIRIT Christ is Melchizedek Priest of the Most High God. Who is the Most High God? It is God the Father. Our prayers, our sacrifices, our praise, come before the throne of the Most High daily. Christ is our High Priest and the Holy Ghost is like a flame of hallowed fire that purges our works. They make constant intercession on our behalf before the Father.
HOLY TRINITY Christ is one with the Father. He is the image of the Father. There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one. God has committed all things in the hand of Christ. Christ is therefore King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Christ created us, but he created us by the command of the Father. Ephesians 3:9.
BECOMING ONE WITH THE FATHER How do we be one with the Father? We are one with the Father when we are one with Christ. If you have seen Christ, you have seen the Father. To be one with Christ we must believe his word and obey his commandments. It is Christ who will take us to the Father. We cannot get to the Father without Christ. If you obey God and keep his commandments then Christ and the Father will dwell within you, and you are one with them.
