February’s Theme During the month of February we celebrate the Feast of Purim, which points to the victory that all of God’s saints will have over their enemies. We often refrain to the historical lesson of Queen Esther who lived in the days of captivity during the Medes & Persian empire. She and her people, Israel, were surrounded by an alien nation and through the wicked devices of Haman, were set to be completely destroyed. But through the mercy of God and bravery of Esther, the Jews were able to pick up their swords and fight against their enemies. To celebrate their victory, they established the Feast of Purim. During the last days, the saints of God will face an even greater enemy than Haman. They will face the Man of Sin, who will set out to destroy God’s people and blaspheme the truth. In the end, the Lord will help his children overcome and get the final victory over sin and death! Here are some key facts you should know about the Man of Sin during the last days of this earth.

Who Is the Man of Sin?

He is the last wicked enemy and ruler that will have dominion over the saints of God. He is also known as the “Wicked One,” who is a Sodomite and of Greek descent. He will bring about the worse time of trouble that the earth has ever experienced.
When Will the Man of Sin Come? No one knows the exact year the Man of Sin will come. What we do know is that he will rise once Babylon, which represents this world, falls. There will be no more world powers as we know it. No United States. No Russia or other powerful nations.
Has Babylon Fallen? We can see that Babylon has NOT yet fallen. The US, which sits at the throne of Babylon, is still in power but this country is not as strong as it once was. Just recently, the government was shut down. Republicans are fighting against Democrats. The wealthy are condemning the poor and the young look down on the elderly and vice versa. We are in a disarray.
More Violence, More Sodomy More wars are rising to the surface, violence is ever increasing and sodomy is at an all time high. Plus, the earth is unable to heal itself and natural disasters continue to reek havoc on the land. Though we are in the latter days of time, the worse is yet to come.
Zion Must Stand Babylon will fall, when Zion stands. Who is Zion? The people of God. Christ is going to come to the astonishment of the world. His children will not be astonished. The outpouring of the Holy Ghost will have occurred. The 144,000 will be sealed (See powerpoint presentation on “The First Fruits�) Christ is going to come, and will set his feet on Mount Olives. The nations though afraid will come to fight him. He will decimate their armies. The governments, the churches, whatever is left of the system of Babylon will fall and he will make them bow to him.
The Man of Sin Will Unite the Wicked The nations will agree to give the Man of Sin power to unite and make one government. He will promise to bring them peace and prosperity, showing them ways to bring back wealth and to control the people who will then be in disarray. God will have removed “good� from the wicked.
God Will Remove the Good from the Wicked s It is the knowledge of good that allowed even wicked men to have systems of justice and governments and order in society. Without the restraints from the knowledge of good, chaos and anarchy will reign. The Man of Sin will show them how to control the people through the god of force. He will deceive them.
God Will Remove the Good from the Wicked They will be willing to be deceived, because they will hate Christ for destroying their beautiful cities and institutions. They will hate him because of the plagues and the earthquakes, for the volcanoes and the darkness, and because so many of them have been killed they will want to go against him. They certainly will want to take vengeance against his children.
The Sign of the Beast 666 is the number of the Man of Sin. It is the number of a man. In today’s understanding, a number is also a code. It is a code that defines what something is. This number or code determines whether a person is a citizen with full rights of this system, allowing them to buy and sell, transact business and travel freely.
The Sign of the Beast This is not strange. We already use money, credit cards, and have identification cards and passports. But all of these things can be lost or stolen. This number will be placed on the hand or the forehead. The technology for everything that the Man of Sin is going to do is already here. Information comes in the tiniest packets. A chip can be smaller than a grain of rice. They have developed tattoos that include all of a person’s medical history. There is always a very good reason to develop these things. Everyone has a telephone, and most of them are mini computers now. Who you are, where you are going and what you are doing is becoming easier and easier to trace.

Persecution The Man of Sin will be given 3.5 years to trample underfoot the saints of God. He will put people out of their homes. Many of them he will put to death as examples of his power. But God’s people, though persecuted, will not be helpless. He will establish leaders, some being mortal and others already granted immortality, who will preach the word of God and have the ability to perform great miracles.
Persecution With the everlasting gospel and Holy Spirit, those saints chosen to face the persecution of the Man of Sin, will do so with great courage and vigilance. These saints will be willing to die for God and his truth. These individuals will not be immortal like the 144,000. They will be flesh but spiritually stronger than ever. The Man of Sin will only be able to harm their flesh but not their soul. After the Man of Sin has been in power for 3.5 years, he will be destroyed by the brightness of Christ’s coming.
