TYPE AND OWNERSHIP OF GOOD PRACTICE Ecosolutions is involved in both theoretical and practical training of technical staff involved in installation process..

Basic training is get travelling to suppliers country at their premises getting firstly theoretical training and consequently, in working places there are making shadow working following every step of installation.

After they get back, they continue their training in form of - case oriented – depending on the peculiarities each installation has.

Main provider is an External collaborator, who provides both theoretical and practical training.

Low skilled workers are getting training as a “transfer of experience”, by the already experienced staff.

For Geothermal installations the training provider is “IMMOSOLAR”, Spain, Majorca.

For Solar thermal and photovoltaic the training provider is “EST” from Germany.Inner company training schemes are provided to technical workers (electricians and plumpers) in form of “on-job” training.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION Instagi is an association of installation and maintenance companies from Guipuzcoa.

The generic purpose of the association is to defend the interests of professional, economic and social issues of its members together with the promotion of all that will encourage the prestige of the profession, harmony and fellowship among partners and the elevation professional and personal level there of.

This course organized by Instagi addressed professionals, having or no having knowledge of installation and/or maintenance of heating systems, were interested in updating their skills by acquiring specific training to work in the installation and maintenance of solar thermal systems.

TYPE AND OWNERSHIP OF GOOD PRACTICE Instagi, is involved in the formation of its partners. The training part of the demands generated by them, enabling a customized training, in this case, solar thermal theoretical.

Responding to the needs of a sector, mainly electricians and plumbers, where freelancers and small businesses generating economies of scale and sharing of knowledge and experiences predominates.

To provide this theoretical thermal energy has had a specialized external consultant.

Knowledge required for the design and dimensioning of the solar system is worked for the contribution of a percentage of the needs of domestic hot water.

MODULES OF TRAINING It is a course of 450 hours of which 15 are taught about solar thermal systems.

The course content was as follows:    

Configuring solar installations.

Instagi es una asociación de empresas instaladoras y mantenedoras de Guipúzcoa.

El fin genérico de la asociación lo constituye la defensa de los intereses de índole profesional, económico y social de sus miembros junto con la promoción de todo cuanto contribuya a fomentar el prestigio de la profesión, la armonía y compañerismo entre los asociados, así como la elevación del nivel profesional y humano de los mismos.

Instagi está involucrado en la formación de sus asociados. Dicha formación parte de las demandas generadas por los mismos, posibilitando una formación a medida, en este caso, solar térmica de carácter teórico.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION Since 1996, AENAOS, specializes in installation of photovoltaic plants, hybrid and autonomous systems. Numerous projects of several MW have been performed by now. AENAOS is certified by TUV Rheinland for its Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001:2008 standard. Products and services include:    

ECTE is a core partner in “GSSkills” project, for improving the efficiency and adequacy of existing training practices in the field of green installations and in particular that of geothermal and solar ones, and to promote training for workers in related professional sectors.

TYPE AND OWNERSHIP OF GOOD PRACTICE

BRIEF DESCRIPTION ECTE is a training institute certified by Greek ministry of Education (EOPPEP) in providing Lifelong Learning training, aiming to promote employ-ability through acquisition of new or updating adult’s professional skills.

ECTE, provides basic theoretical training for electricians and plumbers. A training program is targeting on providing theoretical knowledge to electricians for installing photovoltaic systems, whereas the a second one is targeting plumbers for installing geothermal systems.

The educational programs that ECTE develops and implement are targeting in the adaptation of the working force to the transformations of the technological, socio-economic and physical environment, the promotion of regional development, the improvement of the existing and the acquisition of new qualifications, and the exchange of experience and know-how in national and international level.

In collaboration with Chamber of Commerce of Chania and local associations of electricians and plumbers, is identifying training needs of these two professions and has developed two training courses. Both are targeting to low skilled technicians. The first one is targeting to plumbers and provides theoretical training to plumbers that want to be engaged in geothermal installations, whereas the second is targeting to electricians that want to be engaged in photovoltaic installations.

Each seminar has duration of two months (90 hours) and covers basic theoretical knowledge.

Trainees can follow international training experience to acquire practical training. This international mobility are organised by ECTE, under ERASMUS plus European programs.

Trainees have to communicate in basic English and before their mobility follow basic technical language course. International training has two weeks duration.

ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΤ΢Η H ECTE, ςε ςυνεργαςία με το Εμπορo/ βιομθχανικό Επιμελθτιριο και τισ τοπικζσ ενϊςεισ των θλεκτρολόγων και υδραυλικϊν, προςδιορίηει ανάγκεσ κατάρτιςθσ των δφο αυτϊν επαγγελμάτων και αναπτφςει δφο ενότθτεσ προγραμμάτων κατάρτιςθσ. Και οι δφο ςτοχεφουν ςε μθ ειδικευμζνουσ τεχνιτεσ εγκαταςτάτεσ.

Σο ECTE είναι Κζντρο Δια Βιου Μάκθςθσ επιπζδου 2 (ΚΔΒΜ2), που ςυςτάκθκε ωσ ιδιωτικόσ οργανιςμόσ ςτο Ρζκυμνο Κριτθσ, και κφριο πεδίο των δραςτθριοτιτων του αποτελοφν ο ςχεδιαςμόσ και θ υλοποίθςθ προγραμμάτων ανάπτυξθσ ανκρϊπινου δυναμικοφ που ενςωματϊνουν καινοτομία και ευρωπαϊκι διάςταςθ, βαςίηονται ςε δυναμικζσ ςυνεργαςίεσ και επιδιϊκουν ςυνεργία και ποιότθτα ςτα αποτελζςματα. ΢τόχοι των εκπαιδευτικϊν προγραμμάτων που το ECTE υλοποιεί αποτελοφν θ πρϊκθςθ τθσ τοπικισ ανάπτυξθσ μζςω τθσ προςαρμογισ των διαφόρων ομάδων του εργατικοφ δυναμικοφ ςτουσ μεταςχθματιςμοφσ του τεχνολογικοφ, οικονομικό -κοινωνικού και εργαςιακού περιβάλλοντοσ, η βελτίωςθ των υπαρχόντων δεξιοτιτων και θ ενςωμάτωςθ νζων, και θ ανταλλαγι εμπειρίασ και τεχνογνωςίασ ςε εκνικό και διακρατικό επίπεδο. Οι τομείσ δραςτθριοποίθςθσ του ECTE είναι: Η υλοποίθςθ προγραμμάτων κατάρτιςθσ. Η εκπόνθςθ ερευνϊν και μελετϊν ςε κζματα ανάπτυξθσ και προςαρμογισ του ανκρϊπινου δυναμικοφ ςτισ ανάγκεσ τθσ αγοράσ εργαςίασ (ανάλυςθ αναγκϊν δεξιοτιτων, ζρευνα αγοράσ εργαςίασ, κ.λ.π.) Ο ςχεδιαςμόσ και ανάπτυξθ διακρατικϊν Ευρωπαϊκϊν προγραμμάτων ςχετικά με τθν τοπικι ανάπτυξθ, απαςχόλθςθ και κοινωνικι ςυνοχι.

Η πρϊτθ ςτοχεφει ςε υδραυλικοφσ και παρζχει κεωρθτικι κατάρτιςθ ςε υδραυλικοφσ που κζλουν να αςχολθκοφν με γεωκερμικζσ εγκαταςτάςεισ, ενϊ το δεφτερο ςτοχεφει ςε θλεκτρολόγουσ που κζλουν να αςχολθκοφν με τισ φωτοβολταϊκζσ. Κάκε εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα, ζχει διάρκεια 90 ωρϊν (δφο μινεσ) και καλφπτει βαςικζσ κεωρθτικζσ γνϊςεισ για τουσ μθ ειδικευμζνουσ.

ΣΤΠΟ΢ ΚΑΙ ΙΔΙΟΚΣΗ΢ΙΑ ΚΑΛΗ΢ ΠΡΑΚΣΙΚΗ΢ ECTE, προςφζρει βαςικι κεωρθτικι εκπαίδευςθ για θλεκτρολόγουσ και υδραυλικοφσ. Εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα ςτοχεφει ςτθν παροχι κεωρθτικϊν γνϊςεων για θλεκτρολόγουσ όςον αφορά ςτθν. εγκατάςταςθ φωτοβολταϊκϊν ςυςτθμάτων. Ζνα δεφτερο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα αφορά ςτθν εγκατάςταςθ γεωκερμικϊν ςυςτθμάτων και απευκφνεται ςε υδραυλικοφσ. Πρακτικι εκπαίδευςθ παρζχεται μζςω προγράμματοσ διακρατικισ κινθτικότθτασ, ςτα πλαίςια του Ευρωπαϊκοφ προγράμματοσ Erasmus plus "Key Action 1".

Using as a base the equipment, every Thursday morning INGURUBIDE usually organizes technical conferences for professionals in the construction and rehabilitation where they invite various manufacturers of materials and industry solutions. These sessions are held with companies that are and are not part of the centre. This way, two goals are achieved: -Supply companies with an space where make their new products known to different professionals.

-Supply mainly guilds, architects, engineers etc. with information about innovative products that allow rehabilitation and/ or build.

Poner a disposición de los interesados principalmente gremios arquitecturas, ingenierías, información de productos innovadores que permiten la rehabilitación y/o construcción.

En la conferencia realizada por REHAU se trabajó la recogida de energía mediante la Geotermia. Durante la charla se expuso que utilizando sistemas como suelo radiante y mejorando el aislamiento de una vivienda se reduce el consumo de energía de una vivienda.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION The PVTRIN (Training of Photovoltaic Installers) project addresses the market needs by developing a training and certification scheme for technicians who are active in the installation and maintenance of small scale PV systems.

This scheme incorporates the criteria set by the 2009/28/EC Directive (article 14, Annex IV) for qualification schemes and certified training courses in each Member State, taking into account the national framework and legislation.

It will, initially, be implemented in six (6) countries: Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Romania and Spain. In order to incorporate the genuine market needs and to assure the broadest possible support, the key stakeholder groups are involved in the project’s activities.

TYPE AND OWNERSHIP OF GOOD PRACTICE The PVTRIN has developed an e-learning platform in 24 hours virtual classroom environment, providing flexibility and freedom to study or test where and when it's most convenient.

A range of online training supporting materials (including practical exercises, cases studies, audiovisual material and additional resources) are accessible to trainees undertaking the PVTRIN training course.

The PVTRIN e-learning platform: encourages self-assessment, autonomy and further development enforces the interaction between trainers and trainees provides technical support to the certified installers for knowledge and skills development, beyond the training course.

The PVTRIN e-learning platform will be accessible only to registered PVTRIN trainees, PVTRIN trainers and certified installers.

Carrying out this project 53 solar cooling systems were installed. These are scattered in different countries in Europe, particularly in countries that have participated in this project. For example, the installation at the foundational building Inditex in Arteixo (A Coruña). DISPOSICIONES DE FORMACIÓN La refrigeración solar es una tecnología sumamente inteligente porque la demanda y la oferta de energía coinciden: La radiación solar es abundante especialmente en verano.

Las tecnologías solares de aire acondicionado han demostrado su eficiencia y fiabilidad.

El objetivo de Climasol era la de realizar una guía del aire acondicionado solar para gestionar proyectos de implantación de refrigeración solar.

MÓDULOS DE LA PRÁCTICA A la hora de instalar un sistema de refrigeración solar es necesario analizar detenidamente las características del edificio en cuestión y adoptar todas las medidas que sean necesarias para reducir necesidades energéticas.

En el marco este proyecto se han realizado 53 instalaciones de climatización solar. Estas están repartidas en distintos países de Europa, concretamente en los países que han participado en este proyecto. Por ejemplo, la instalación realizada en el edificio fundacional de Inditex en Arteixo (A Coruña).
