She was appointed as Minister of Tourism of Ecuador, on December 3, 2018, a position she holds at present.

Jeff LeBlanc Advisor for Minister of Tourism Jeff LeBlanc has been advising the Government of Ecuador for several years, and has recently joined the Ministry of Tourism as an adviser to Minister Rosi Prado, where he is leading the areas of investments, bilateral agreements, cooperation and international relations. He has also played a large role in Ecuador’s overall investment strategy, having led the area of strategic sector investments at the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries, where he introduced several key projects into the government, and helped implement a number of important policy reforms. Additionally, Mr. LeBlanc is the Founder of the ocean conservation foundation, Mare Nostrum, and was nominated by The Economist and The Sustainable Ocean Alliance as a World Ocean Youth Leader in 2018. He has advised on high level illegal fishing cases and will be funding several shark conservation projects in the Galapagos, starting in January 2020. He holds a Masters in International Law from UCL, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester and a B.A. in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.

PABLO CORTEZ PRIVATE DELEGATION Pablo Cortez serves as Executive Director in Uribe & Schwarzkopf, the leading Real Estate developer in Ecuador. His role includes strategic advisory to the Owners of the firm, as well as the development of business opportunities and capture of economic value through innovation, improvements in capital structure, business model, and governance/management practices, among others. He also developed and manages for the Group the first REIT in Ecuador and a Property Management firm. Prior to Uribe & Schwarzkopf, he served as Vice-President in ABN AMRO Bank (RBS) in Chile and Ecuador, and part of his core responsibilities included the business development of the Corporate Banking Market in Peru. Throughout his 25 plus years of professional experience, Mr. Cortez has combined a solid career in the banking industry -that also included Citibank and top tier local banks- with a successful track record of leadership, innovation and deal making in the real sector. He has been a professor for Finance and Stakeholder Management for both graduate and undergraduate programs in Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile) -from which he holds an MBA- and in Universidad San Francisco (Ecuador). Project or Interest: The opportunity: Uribe & Schwarzkopf is developing a 33 million investment Fund to be publicly traded in Ecuador´s Stock Market. The use of proceeds will be destined to acquire 3 different lots in Quito, in an area known for its ever-growing market appetite and where our firm has a comprehensive track record of successful projects, with sales over a quarter billion dollars over the last 8 years. On the 3 sites, U&S will develop 3 mixed-use, high rise complexes over the course of 9 years (with expected partial payouts in years 3,5,7 and 9) totaling $300 million in expected revenue. IRR for the Fund is estimated to be north of 18% U&S´s current base of local investors will underwrite 50% of the fund.

Morice Dasuum PRIVATE DELEGATION Morice Dassum has lived in Guayaquil since 1991, the same year he assumed the role of General Manager at the Hotel Colon Guayaquil.
