 The Career Center (TCC) served 13,012 students and alumni this academic year, a 358% increase over last year. TCC staff conducted 2,640 individual advising/counseling appointments with students and alumni and presented 406 professional seminars, classroom presentations, and special programs.  851 recruiters from 426 organizations and approximately 4,000 students participated in on-campus career fairs sponsored by TCC.  158 companies scheduled approximately 2,640 on-campus interviews.  94% of employers attending our career fairs stated their recruiting experience at ECU was equal to or better than other universities.  3,067 undergraduate and 593 graduate students uploaded their resume at The Career Center using the eRecruiting system.  12,364 positions and 635 new employers were added to the eRecruiting database.  48,070 visitors from 32 countries viewed The Career Center homepage. The site has been viewed in 37 different languages and in 22 of the 24 time zones.  8,934 students enrolled in 1,182 experiential education courses generated 26,367 credit hours, which equates to $4,532,578.84 in tuition and fees. These courses include clinicals, practica, independent studies, and internships.

 Six months after graduation, 89.5% of Career Center survey participants indicated they were employed. Another 16.5% indicated they were enrolled in a graduate or professional school.
