Miscellaneous Skills: Helped in the Publishing of a Comprehensive Recreation and Park Master Plan for the Town of Pinetops, North Carolina. This semester long group project received superb accolades from university academia; the plan is for the Town of Pinetops formal funding proposal for the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund grant (PARTF). • Conducted scientific research and analyzed cultural resources and data including: socio-demographics, history, economy, transportation, soil, topography. • Completed a thorough collection and a comparative analysis of data from public meetings, recreation advisory boards, telephone surveys, and mail surveys on the existing recreation and park resources with states and counties of similar size. • Evaluated and conducted detailed assessments on existing public recreation and park opportunities on the basis of maintenance, vandalism, user-impact on vegetation, soil condition. Complied with all American Disability Act standards.
