Welcome Welcome to the Faculty of Education Open Evening.
During the course of this event you will have the opportunity to find out about the full range of courses available for anyone who wishes to become a teacher or work in the wider children’s work force. Additionally you can receive advice on how to apply for the course of your choice and about the financial support available.
Edge Hill University’s Faculty of Education is one of the largest providers of teacher education and training for the schools workforce. The Faculty has strong links with schools to facilitate placements which play a key part in each student’s preparations for their chosen careers. Excellent facilities include classrooms equipped with the latest technology, specialist laboratories, workshops and studios for Science, PE, Art and Design students, along with ICT suites and a 300 seat lecture theatre

The alarm sounds continually Follow the green and white Fire Exit signs to leave the building by the nearest available exit.
The Assembly Area for this building is the piazza area across the bridge Please note: • All rooms contain a fire action notice • Signs for ‘Fire Exit’ can be recognised by white letters on a green background • Visitors are asked to ensure that their parked vehicles do not cause an obstruction should any emergency vehicles need access onto campus.
