Halls of Residence Pedestrian Route from Coach Park
If you need help on the day, there is a Help Desk area marked on your floor plan. There are also Event Staff in red UCAS T-shirts who can help with directions and anything else you need. First Aid Trained on-site First Aiders will be available during your visit. If you or a friend feel unwell or need assistance please go to the Help Desk or speak to the Event Staff and they will get you the help you need.
Fire Alarms/Evacuations There are no Fire Alarms scheduled to take place today, so if an alarm sounds please follow the instructions of the Event Staff who will direct you out of the building you are in and to a meeting point. Instructions will also be announced over the loud speaker system if required. Toilets There are plenty of toilets available on the day of the event, and the closest are marked on the floor plan. Members of the Event Staff will also be able to direct you to other areas if queues form. Lost Property If you lose something or find something that another visitor has lost please go to the Help Desk where they will be able to assist.
